One of Honda’s hot new bikes for 03, the Little CRF really responds to exhaust changes. We offer both a slip-on and a complete system. In fact, our complete system picked up over 18% more power when combined with rejetting and simple air box mods. Call us for all the details!
Like it’s little brother, this new CRF really responds to a better exhaust, and we are on top of the game with our slipon or complete system. Our oversize head pipe can be added later on without buying another system.
This slip-on really lets the 250cc engine breathe it’s best, and if you choose to be stealthy, you can install our db cartridge to sneak through the woods.
Our slip-on for the tried and true XR 400 really turns up the thump! You’ll really feel the torque increase, and with all CHM Systems you can install the db cartridge, walk softly and carry a big stick.
Many hours of R&D time went into this system, we strived for the widest possible power gains, not just that “a little more here and a little less there” thinking that makes a bike feel like it hits harder. Our system has more power everywhere! Available as a complete system in stainless steel with titanium systems coming early “04”.
Honda really produced a winner here, we feel we did also. Our system is the result of many hours of dyno and race testing, we strived to produce the widest possible power band. We feel that it is the finest performing system for this bike, try one and you’ll agree.
This complete system features our new Ovate muffler. This new design provides less noise and a more useable power band. It also features a works style head pipe, for a more forward center of gravity. Available in either stainless steel or a full titanium. Comes complete with an U.S.F.S. spark arrestor, and Db cartridges are available to help meet the 96 db rules.
Our slip-on uses a 16" muffler with an internal tuned chamber to db out at 93.7 when tested using the S.A.E. procedure. Uses stock headpipe and heat shield. The per for mance of this Slip-on is better than most “quiet” mufflers on the market. U.S.F.S. approved spark arrestor included.
