Shipping: Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive a copy to keep for your records or to make changes if necessary. We will ship your order within 7 to 10 days of receiving your order! If we have any delay shipping your order, we will let you know. Delays may be expected if an item you ordered is on backorder.

Returns/Exchanges: Should you be dissatisfied with a product, you may return it at your expense, unopened and in perfect condition, to the address below. We will issue a return to your charge card, minus the original shipping charge.
If you wish to exchange a product for another you may return it at your expense unopened and in perfect condition to address below - we will then send your exchange item to you and charge you the regular shipping charge.
